I was the last appointment of the day and surgery was running late however this didn’t matter at all to the Nurse. She listened to my ailments and was very thorough. Knowledgeable, thorough and caring and I felt like I did matter to her.

Fiona was very welcoming, she has a happy disposition and she made me feel comfortable. I would be happy to see her for any procedure. I needed some stitches removed from my forehead and she did an excellent job considering some were well embedded. She is a very professional and caring nurse.

Fiona has been the only person to listen to me after numerous hospital trips the last 4 days. She actually cared and listened to me. She spent a lot of time with me and did not make me feel rushed. By far the best member of staff and I would not see anyone else now. She is a privilege to have at Beversbrook and I hope this doesn’t go unnoticed.
